The Honda 500 Rubicon comes from the factory with small fender and floorboard support rods crossing the inside rear corner of the front fender well. These rods are about 5/6 and also support the floorboards. The replacement bracket does not reduce ground clearance or present an opportunity to hang on logs, etc.
