Package is oversized for protection. It has been cleaned with plastic restore. It does have scratches consistent with use.

Very nice oem rear fender off of a 1985 Honda Atc70 b stamp on underside states it fits has no cracks any kind. This is not like new but an excellent candidate for a restoration project. I know it fits others but the sticker changes. There is one scuff to edge of rear as shown in pics.
