There is no mounting hardware included. They do have some minor scuffs and scratches, but there are no rips, tears, cracks, breaks or repairs.

I can find no other damage.

The guides are black plastic and splash guards rubber.

This assembly mounts under the front fender and around steering shaft.

The only exception to this would be defective items.
