The 4 mounting bolts and the 4 grommets are included. It comes with the mud guard that is in pretty good shape with a little rash area see picture.

This is a used front fender from a Sx, as seen in the picture it is very usable condition,with no cracks or breaks. This is not mint buy no means but for 31 years not bad.
