Plastic is still reasonably shiny, but obviously has some fading as this is a 30 year old fender.

Exculpates 84 Honda Atc 250R plastics front fender oem red 84 item front fender used, in good working condition, mounted fine to the bike. While many of these items are in very usable condition, I am unable to conduct extensive testing on every one of these wear parts.

If I am aware of a defect such as a leaking seal, I will note it in the ad.

That being said, I am not perfect, and I do miss things from time to time.

Just because the nice person you bought your bike from said it was a 2001, doesn't mean that it is. One extremely rare occasions, items may be damaged or lost while in storage.
