Comes as pictured, ready to install and use. Please feel free to ask any questions. In good condition, no breaks or cracks, all tabs are has a couple of very light scratches normal for age. This will fit Polaris Outlaw 90 and 2016 only has a couple of light stains, as can be seen in the pics, they may clean up, not sure I did try.
